A comprehensive group treatment for individuals suffering from chronic pain. Learn psychological techniques that help reduce suffering and need for medication due to flare-ups. Protocols used have been shown to reduce the level of suffering which comes from the subjective aspects of pain. Client experience a reduction in suffering and build skills needed for coping and adaptation, along with assertive communication skills needed to communicate with health care professionals.
