In Crises?

If you or someone you are with is in crises, you should immediately call their doctor or therapist or contact the following crisis lines. You may also go to emergency rooms located at either Peace Health Southwest (400 NE Mother Joseph Drive, Vancouver), or Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, 2211 NE 139th Street, Vancouver.

 

The Clark County Crisis Line operates 24 hours-a-day, seven days a week to provide phone triage for crisis calls from children and adults. Call (800) 626-8137 or (360) 696-9560. Professional counselors will answer your call. Learn more about available Crises Services here.

 

Have Washington Apple Health?

Family Renewal is an out-of-network provider and does not take this insurance at this time. You will need to make an appointment with your PCP (the name on your card) and ask for an in-network referral.

 

National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)

This site is full of information on different diagnosis, treatments and even curriculum regarding mental health.

American Psychological Association

APA provides wonderful resources for a large selection of mental health topics. Features are updated regularly and disseminate the latest findings into highly readable articles.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
